By booking or purchasing any service from KaylaDesui (operated by Kayla Vo Nguyen), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Disclaimer

​

All services provided by KaylaDesui are intended for spiritual insight, personal guidance, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

​

No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, outcomes, or results. By engaging in any service, you acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken afterward are your sole responsibility.

​

2. Services

​

KaylaDesui offers spiritual services including, but not limited to, the following:

​

1:1 Private Sessions:

• 1:1 Private Tarot Readings (30-minute and 1-hour sessions)

• 1:1 Private Mediumship Readings (1-hour sessions)

• 1:1 Past Life & Karmic Lessons Readings (45-minute and 1-hour sessions)

• 1:1 Iconic Past Lives Readings (45-minute sessions)

• 1:1 Soulmate Prediction Readings (45-minute sessions)

All private sessions are conducted via Zoom or another designated virtual platform.

​

Digital Memberships:

• Divine Psychic & Mediumship Development Membership

This membership may include spiritual development guidance, tarot or channeling development, live group classes, personal readings, spiritual discussion, and other membership-based offerings as described at the time of enrollment.

​

Membership structure, included features, access, scheduling, and offerings may evolve over time.

​​

TikTok Live Readings:

​

KaylaDesui may also offer tarot and/or mediumship readings during TikTok Live sessions. These are delivered in a live group setting and may vary in format, depth, and duration.

​

Services are provided as described at the time of booking or purchase. KaylaDesui reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue services at any time.

​

Emailed Readings:

Emailed readings are digital services delivered via email in either audio recording or written format, based on the client’s selected preference at the time of booking.

​

Clients may submit up to 4 questions per reading. Questions must be provided at the time of booking or within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays in delivery.

​

3. Eligibility

​

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book or purchase services unless otherwise permitted with appropriate consent.

​

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

​

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

​

Accepted payment methods may include Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or other methods listed at checkout.

​

5. Service-Specific Policies

​

Different services are subject to different policies. By booking or purchasing, you agree to the policy associated with that specific service.

​

A. Private Sessions

All private sessions are final and non-refundable.

​

Cancellations are permitted; however, canceling your session releases your reserved time and does not include a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

​

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session using the link provided in your confirmation email. After this window, changes are no longer allowed.

​

Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Sessions missed or attended beyond this grace period are considered forfeited.

​

Forfeited sessions are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or transfer.

​

By booking, you acknowledge that your session is considered rendered at the reserved appointment time, regardless of attendance.

A new booking with full payment is required to schedule again.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate environment for their session.

​

B. Digital Memberships

​

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

​

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

​

No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

​

Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable.

​

Membership content, structure, included offerings, class schedule, and access may be updated or adjusted at any time.

​

Failure to attend live membership sessions does not qualify for a refund.

​

C. TikTok Live Readings

All TikTok Live readings are non-refundable once delivered.

​

If a reading is successfully completed, no refund will be issued.

​

If payment is made and a reading is not delivered, a refund will be issued after the live session ends.

​

If your name is called and you are not present, the reading will be skipped and not considered delivered. Refund eligibility applies only if the reading is not completed.

​

Readings are conducted in a live, group environment and may vary in depth, length, and format.

​

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

​​

D. Private 1:1 Tarot & Mediumship Mentorship — June

​This mentorship is a private one-on-one mentorship container that takes place during the month of June.

​

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the mentorship. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully received.

​

All payments for this mentorship are final and nonrefundable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued once booked or paid.

This mentorship includes two meetings per week throughout the month of June.

​

Meeting 1 is a one-on-one guidance, mentorship, and Q&A call. This meeting will be scheduled on the day that works best for the client and Kayla each week.

​

Meeting 2 is the Sunday practice session. Sunday practice sessions are part of the fixed mentorship structure and are expected to be attended as scheduled.

​

For the Sunday practice session, Kayla and the client will meet at 7:30 PM CST to meditate, ground, and prepare. The practice reading will begin at 8:00 PM CST.

​

Tarot and mediumship may be practiced on the same person or on different people, depending on what Kayla arranges for that session.

​

During Weeks 1, 2, and 3, Kayla will actively guide the client out loud during the reading while the practice client is present. Practice clients will already understand that these are practice sessions.

​

During Week 4, Kayla will observe silently while the client completes the reading more independently. Afterward, Kayla will provide feedback, including written feedback on strengths, areas for improvement, and guidance for continued development.

​

Practice sitters may include people Kayla knows personally or people from her business who have agreed to receive a free practice reading.

​

Practice sessions may be recorded for mentorship review purposes. Any practice sitter selected for a recorded session will have already consented to being recorded.

​

A part of this mentorship includes learning Kayla’s personal approach, ethics, boundaries, and standards for spiritual work. By choosing this mentorship, the client understands they are choosing to learn from Kayla’s perspective and the way she personally holds this work.

​

During the mentorship, Kayla reserves the right to correct anything she believes is unsafe, ungrounded, inappropriate, or not in alignment with the standards she teaches.

​

Kayla may assign approximately two homework practices per week. Homework may be sent the day after a meeting to allow time for reflection and to tailor the assignment to the client’s development.

​

This mentorship does not include ongoing texting support between sessions. Clients are expected to write down questions, reflections, and experiences to bring to the next scheduled meeting.

​

One emergency text per week is permitted for spiritual development matters that truly cannot wait until the next session. This is to be used respectfully and only when genuinely necessary.

​

Cancellations are permitted; however, canceling a mentorship meeting releases the reserved time and does not include a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

​

Weekly Meeting 1 sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance by contacting Kayla directly. After that window, changes are not allowed.

​

Weekly Sunday practice sessions are part of the fixed structure of this mentorship and are expected to be attended as scheduled. Missed, canceled, or late Sunday practice sessions are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling.

​

Clients must arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Any meeting missed or attended beyond this grace period is considered forfeited, nonrefundable, and not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or transfer.

​

By booking and paying for this mentorship, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

​​

E. Emailed Readings (Audio or Written)

Emailed readings are digital services delivered via email in either audio recording or written format, based on the client’s selected preference at the time of booking.

​

Clients may submit up to 4 questions per reading. Questions must be provided at the time of booking or within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays in delivery.

​

KaylaDesui reserves the right to decline or omit any questions that are inappropriate, unethical, or outside the scope of the service.

All emailed readings are final and non-refundable once purchased. Due to the energetic and time-based nature of this service, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

​

Delivery is typically completed within 24–72 hours; however, this timeframe may vary depending on volume.

​

Once a reading has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the service is considered fulfilled.

​

Clients are responsible for ensuring their email address is entered correctly and for checking spam or junk folders if delivery is not immediately visible.

​

Failure to receive or review a delivered reading does not qualify for a refund.

​​

6. Conduct & Boundaries

​

Clients are expected to engage respectfully during all services.

​

Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, sexual comments, threats, or disruptive conduct, will result in immediate termination of the session or removal from the service without refund.

​

KaylaDesui reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety, ethical, energetic, or professional reasons.

​

7. Authenticity & Scam Notice

KaylaDesui will never contact individuals unsolicited to request bookings or payments.

​

Any such messages should be treated as fraudulent. KaylaDesui is not responsible for losses resulting from impersonators or scam accounts.

​

Clients are responsible for booking through official platforms and links only.

​

​

8.  Limitation of Liability

KaylaDesui is not liable for any decisions, actions, interpretations, or outcomes resulting from any service provided.

​

9. Right to Refuse Service

KaylaDesui reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate service at any time for violations of these Terms or any situation deemed inappropriate.

​

10. Version Control

The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of booking or purchase apply to that transaction.

​

Updated Terms apply only to future bookings.

​

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

​

12. Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
